Pros: Location is great, everything is accessible and is central to nice restaurants in the area. Hotel is close to the beach. The breakfast buffet is quite heavenly. It is easily the best breakfast I’ve had in Japan. Everyday, they had my favorites- stewed pork, pork rib cutlet, miso soup, mango juice, a full dessert bar, ice cream, a sushi bar, a taco rice bar and everything you ever need to start your day in the island. We only brought backpacks to Japan so I had todo the laundry everyday and they had several washer and dryers for the guests. While my clothes are drying, I would go take a bath and dip into the women’s onsen that with varied temperatures "warm, warmer and cold". It was a great way to end my day.

The location of the hotel is probably the best on the island. As soon as you leave the hotel you are immediately in the American Village which has lots of restaurants, bars and shops. It is also very close to the beach. Taxis and buses regularly pass through so it's easy to get to other parts of the island. The hotel itself was great. The room was clean with lots of amenities and air conditioning. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of food available. I would definitely stay here again. Also worth mentioning the staff spoke a decent amount of English.

We booked a corner room on the 8th floor, which gave us a fantastic view on both sides. The balcony is too small to sit out on, and I'm not sure what purpose it serves other than for fire regulations. The view was awesome, though, and the staff were really friendly and accommodating. The hotel is not a luxury hotel and needs refurbishment. The rooms are old school but we had a very spacious room which met our needs. Breakfast was delicious. The rooftop pool was great, and the Onsen was an added bonus. Unfortunately, we had a couple of days of rain, so we didn't get to use the pool much. The American Village is a great spot with lots of shops, bars, and restaurants and a great vibe. Hotels in Okinawa are expensive and I've realised if you want any kind of a good view, you will pay for it but it's worth it if it's in your budget. We would recommend this hotel.

The view from the room was beautiful. From our balcony we saw the beach just in front of the hotel making us we are in Okinawa even we didn’t go swim as it is winter time, feeling we are having a holiday!! The public bath was great! There was a convenient store near by, the shops in American village are walking distance! On Saturday night, you can enjoy the fireworks displays! The amenities were excellent 👍👍👍 The room we stayed in was nice and spacious!!

- very spacious and comfortable room - great breakfast options, a lot of variety - non smoking room had no smoke smell - amazing TV setup! Every hotel should have information, language and etc setup this way - versatile/ adjustable pillows! If you like soft or hard you can find the right position easily - good sound isolation despite the area of hotel being active in the evening

Excellent location, in the centre of American Village so despite the lack of transport facilities theres plenty to do. Bike rental, in room massage, pool and massage chairs. Staff were excellent and catered to us very well. Breakfast consisted of local okinawan cuisine which gave us an introduction of what to expect. Lawson convenience store downstairs and plenty of vending machines dotted throughout the complex gave us a range of food and drink options outside of normal hours - perfect for those late night cravings! Rooftop pool was great and the views from our room and the public bath were fantastic, we got to see a beautiful sunset every night - will definitely stay here again!

Excellent location with nearby American Village many option of shops and restaurants. Room is clean and many amenities self collect as you like from the hotel lobby. Front desk staff were exceptionally helpful as we had a situation of flight cancellation on the day of our departure and they helped us connect by phone to the airline and managed the extension of 1 day stayed at the hotel. All events were smooth and set us at ease. Thank you!

Location is excellent. It is just next to the beach and American Village. There is Lawson under the hotel and coin laundry inside the hotel which is very convenient. The wellcome drink and ice pop is a plus and self service the cotton candy machine is really attractive for the children. Moreover, there are blue seal icecream in the breakfast buffet.

The hotel location is right at American Village so it is very convenient for shopping and dinning. There is lawson at the hotel so you can easily purchase snack. The hotel is kids friendly, kids tooth brush provided. The hotel breakfast is good. Serve nice Okinawa food , kids breakfast area and also blue seal ice cream. We enjoyed the breakfast alot. Kids plate, bowl, spoon and fork provided. Wet wipe and tissue too. Good place for family to chill. Now it is the Christmas season so there are Christmas Decoration everywhere ,feel like a Christmas town!

I booked a Junior Suite with Sunset View - Annex for our family of 4. It’s a spacious room. Location is good as it’s situated right in the American Village.
